Bangkok, 11th April 2013: TAT’s photo contest has ended, and three winners have now been chosen. The contest with the theme, “Thailand Events & Festivals,” was open to any and all photographers with the goal of showing the world the dazzling variety of cultural events and festivals in Thailand.
Out of the many excellent submissions received, three were chosen for the top prizes as follow:
1st Prize of 30,000 Baht went to Kosin Sukhum for his inspiring photo entitled, “Good Fortune Flowing In.”
2nd Prize of 20,000 Baht was awarded to Narin Saepaisarn for his awe-inspiring image, “Tenderly Carving.”
3rd Prize of 10,000 Baht went to Vejchayan Tharavisit for his stunning picture, “Nearly Reached.”
All three images literally show Thailand in an amazing light, delighting viewers with cultural images of the Kingdom of Thailand, and enticing visitors to come explore the country, visit some of the countless exotic locales, and take their shot at shooting amazing scenes of Thai life themselves.
