When a street is no longer a street

Chalermprakiet (3rd Road) Soi 25 is so bumpy and pock-marked, it
shouldn’t even be called a soi. The street, near the intersection of
Third Road, is almost completely wrecked, full of bumps, puddles and
potholes. Some are 10 meters long. Perhaps no one noticed, as most of
the traffic there comes after dark when people flock to nearby bars.
