Children walk the catwalk in
haute couture designs they created.
About four dozen Rotarians enjoyed afternoon tea and a
children’s fashion show where kids designed their own version of haute couture.
Rotary Club of the Eastern Seaboard President Nigel Quennell organized the March
9 show at the Centara Grand Phratamnak Hotel with Porn Moessing, wife of
past-president Heiner Moessing.
The event was not well promoted, so Rotarians made up the vast majority of the
46 people attending.
The event was a afternoon-tea function with snacks and, in-between, the children
showed off their own fashions. Four of the models were Quennell’s own children.
Moessing’s daughter Jenny not only walked the catwalk, but sang and played the
guitar to the delight of the guests.

Future super models show off their
designs.
