Eleven officials from the Ministry of Local Government of Bangladesh visited Pattaya City Hall recently to study “Tour on Functions and Delivery of Services in Local Government Institutions” where Mohammad Jahangeer Kobir, Deputy Secretary, Local Government Division and Bangladesh officials presented a souvenir to Deputy Mayor Wutisak Rermkitkarn and Pattaya officials.
