The Siam@Siam Design Hotel Pattaya launched its first “Weekend Fire Seafood &
Barbecue” night at the Big Fish Restaurant, offering fascinating scenery with a
modern and traditional atmosphere.
Many decorations, including aquatic animals and unique art images, were
available throughout the restaurant, providing a cozy theme for the perfect
relaxation for its diners while they enjoyed their evening meal and drinks.
The buffet station provided a wide variety of food appetizingly presented,
especially for seafood lovers. Fresh oysters, tiger prawns, river prawns, white
shrimps, New Zealand blue mussels, sea snails and a selection of crabs were
available on ice or could be sent to the live grill station.
Red Mar Sol Chilean and Fresh white Finca De Malpica wine were served. The menu
also included lamb chops, Thai curry dishes, soups, a fresh salad bar with a
variety of fresh vegetables, cheeses and a variety of salad dressings, fresh cut
seasonal fruit and sweets.
Special offers for the newly launched all-you-can-eat “Weekend Fire Seafood &
Barbecue Night” are 555 baht net for the barbecue or 799 baht net with inclusive
free flow of red or white wine. Dinner runs 6-10 p.m. every Friday and Saturday.
