committee” of the Pattaya Sports Club Association enjoy the night.
Hundreds of happy revelers turned out to celebrate the
holiday season at the annual Pattaya Sports Club Christmas party on Wednesday
night, December 18 at Town in Town.
Members and guests were treated to an absolutely delicious buffet, made even
better by an almost unlimited supply of liquid refresh-ments. The best part of
all, however, was that the entire night was free to all card-holding members.
Elvis even made an appearance. Elvisut Thangarat, Thailand’s best Elvis
impersonator, crooned all the “King’s” favorite tunes, and at times had most of
the crowd singing along. Part of the audience enjoyed his show so much, they
were eventually able to get him to do an encore performance in street clothes
later in the evening.
In between Elvis’ per-formances, many a happy foot danced the night away to the
sounds of a local band.
If that wasn’t enough, the Pattaya Sports Club held a raffle where they gave
away a ton of prizes. The lucky top prize winners went home that night with new
gold chains to wear around their necks. Some even left with more than one!
The Pattaya Sports Club is renowned for its yearly Christmas parties, and this
year was one of the best ever.
