City still can’t decide how best to run the new wastewater treatment plant

Pattaya’s 1.8 billion baht wastewater treatment plant is up and running, but so far, city hall hasn’t figured out how to
charge customers for its use.
The city administration is still debating how to run the new wastewater treatment plant, how to charge customers, and who will actually take over
management of the plant.
The 1.8 billion baht wastewater treatment plant came on line last December.
