Pattaya’s
entertainment areas have been zoned
Veerachai Somchart Under a directive from Minister of Interior Purachai Piemsombun, entertainment areas in Pattaya City, Naklua and Jomtien have now been zoned, albeit not in the most conventional way. Instead of designating sections of town as entertainment areas, the zoning plan calls for keeping entertainment businesses out of sight of main roads. Effective two and a half weeks ago on June 4, no new entertainment businesses will be allowed to open within the designated zones outlined below.
