The Prince of Wales Pub on Soi Khow Noi has free pub grub every Friday night. Depending on what’s in the freezer it may be a BBQ, a curry or whatever. They now have a resident chef (ette) who has conjured up a 99 baht menu including lamb chops, beef stew, proper curry, burgers, healthy salads and the usual English/Welsh items. She also has a Tex Mex menu with the meanest taco in Thailand. Amstel draught served at just 39 baht, and a pool table is on its way and should be arriving soon. Pay them a visit, you’ll enjoy it.
