Eastern Seaboard Environmental Complex (ESBEC), represented by John L. Hamilton, general manager, recently received a certificate of appreciation from the Ministry of Interior’s deputy, Pracha Maleenont, on the occasion of its donation to support provincial projects as part of the "Thai’s together for social order and drug prevention" aimed at promoting social unity, Thai traditional values and help fight drug abuse.

Sopin Thappajug (center), managing director of the Diana Group celebrated the 5th anniversary of the Diana-Dragon and hosted a mini concert by Laem Morrison, the popular singer and guitar player, to give something back to the customers. The customers, welcomed by manager Vasan Sukkaseam, enjoyed their drinks and danced throughout the night.


Sakchai Pinpetch, director of the Tourism and Hospitality Management Program, International College, Rangsit University, recently led a group of students on an educational trip to Dusit Resort Pattaya to gain more knowledge about the hotel industry. They were welcome by Waran Chalermrithichai, the hotel’s director of Administrative and Suree Pachana, director of Rooms.


The staff at the Queen Victoria Inn splashed out over the Songkran festivities trading their uniforms for the Thai New Year’s style of dress along with a not so traditional dousing, using beer rather than water. Nonetheless good fun was had by all, and both Bert and Vic opted to drink a beer rather than waste it.


Karin, Jasmine and Arby of the True Color Band are the featured entertainers at the Lobby Bar of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort. Stop by for a drink before dinner and even come back afterwards to enjoy first-rate music and fine company. Performances nightly from 8 p.m. until past midnight.


John Kennedy won the long putt at the Shenanigans Very Friendly Golf outing - John’s put was a lot longer than some of his drives.
