Human Resources led a culinary team from the Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa,
provide a Thai cooking class for twenty schoolchildren at the Regent’s
International School recently. The kids learned how to make Som Tum, Prawn
Spring Rolls, and Chicken Satay, which they enjoyed eating afterwards. The
program is part of the resort’s Spirit To Serve Our Communities program,
with the aim of widening the experiences of the children by giving them an
introduction to the culinary arts.
