Pattaya-area officials and community leaders joined
together to wish Pattaya Mayor Itthiphol Kunplome a happy 38th birthday
at party at the mayoral residence.
Among the many guests at the Dec. 15 celebration at
Itthiphol’s Naklua Soi 12 home were Culture Minister Sukumol Kunplome
and her husband, Itthiphol’s brother, Sonthaya; MPs Santsak and Poramet
Ngampichet, Banglamung District Chief Chawalit Saeng-Uthai, Nongprue
Mayor Mai Chaiyanit, and other community and business leaders.
The mayor made merit by offering lunch to a group of
monks, then opened up a food fair spread out across his five-rai estate
for guests.
Itthiphol was born Dec. 15, 1973 in Chonburi. He
graduated with bachelor’s degree in law from Chulalongkorn University
and master’s degree in from Golden Gate University in the United States.
He is the eighth mayor of Pattaya and took office on May 4, 2008.
