HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn recently presented a souvenir to Pierre Andre Pelletier, GM of the Amari Watergate Hotel as the supporter of the ‘International Dental Collaboration of the Mekong River Region Congress’ and ‘International Dental School Corporation’ meetings to celebrate H.M. the King’s 80th Birthday Anniversary at Watergate Ballroom, 6th Floor of the Amari Watergate Hotel.


 

Pol. Lt. Gen. Jetnakorn Nabhitabhata (3rd from right), commissioner of Provincial Police Region 2, hosted a visit from the US Embassy Force Protection Detachment Chief of Naval Security Scott M. Bernat (middle) at Region 2 Headquarters in Chonburi. Discussions included Royal Thai Police law enforcement safety and security initiatives, as well as continued US Embassy support of these programs, especially in the Pattaya, Laem Chabang, Sriracha, Banglamung and Sattahip areas. Joined by (l-r) Sriya Udchachon, US Embassy, Pol. Col. Pisit Proyrungroj, superintendent of Nong Yai Police Station, Pol Maj Gen Thara Punsri, deputy commissioner of Provincial Police Region 2, Bobby Brooks (2nd right), president of US Navy League Thailand and Pol Col Somchai Ratanaarpa (right), chief of staff, Krabi Provincial Police.


 

Guests and management of the brand new Amari Nova Suites in central Pattaya recently celebrated Loy Krathong at the roof top swimming pool. Marco Seiler (2nd right), general manager and Prangchita Yensanan (3rd right), assistant manager welcomed the hotel guests.


To celebrate His Majesty the King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s 80th birth anniversary on December 5th, the management and staff of Dusit Thani Pattaya organized a beach cleanup led by Prawes Akanimart, president of the Dusit Thani Pattaya Green Leaf Committee and Songkram Karunataruekun, officer-in-charge of the committee’s projects. The shorelines from North Pattaya to Central Pattaya were cleaned, ridding them of empty plastic bottles and other rubbish that had washed ashore.


‘Los Requerdos’, a Philippine band with a wide range of songs from all decades, entertains guests at the Lanna Coffee Shop and lobby area of the Thai Garden Resort, North Pattaya Road, performing daily from 5:30 pm, except Sundays, in a relaxing atmosphere by the pool of the Resort until 10 pm.
