Briton dies after apparent suicide jump from South Pattaya condo

A British man died after apparently jumping from the 9th floor of a
South Pattaya condominium.
Timothy Bertram Durell, 63, sustained major injuries and died outside
the Pattaya Center Condotel on South Road Dec. 8.
Police inspected Bertram’s second-floor apartment and found a letter
believed to be a suicide note. The British man went to the ninth floor
balcony to jump.
The British embassy was notified.
