It certainly wasn’t
“boaring” Jan 16 when this critter decided to take a walk down Rte.
3188.

Traffic squealed to a stop in Rayong as a wild boar took a wander
down Route 3188.
Cars braked and motorbikes swerved to avoid hitting the animal on its 3
a.m. stroll Jan. 16 in Bankhai.
The boar posed an interesting challenge for animal-rescue officers, who
finally lassoed the pig in an alley about an hour after the pursuit
began.
After binding its feet and snout to keep its dangerous tusks under
control, it was held in captivity. Since police belief it was someone’s
pet, and not actually living in the wild, the animal will be held
pending a pickup from its owner.
