Buddhist disciples attended a “master’s day” at Chong Lom Temple in
Naklua.
Chonburi Chief of Monks Than Jaokhun Worapot Punyajan and abbot of Aranyikkawas
Temple presided over the July 9 “Mahaburaphajan” event attended by 48 monks from
around the country.
Held annually, the “master’s day” saw participants perform prayers for
prosperity and made merit for teachers and founders of Chong Lom Temple.
In addition, there was a presentation of branded leaves to Pissanu Nittithummo,
abbot of Pa Suthiphawan Temple, and Luang Pho Buaket, who will complete his 80
years in 2014.
