been arrested for methamphetamine use.

Intoxicating fumes led police to an apartment next to Pattaya
Memorial Hospital where officers arrested two women and one man for
methamphetamine use.
Jakarin Poonsawat, 25, Kanokwan Yubua, 26, and Prae Phitak, 23, were
taken into custody as police simply strolled in through the open door.
Neighbors apparently called authorities after the aroma of cooking
crystal meth and ya ba wafted down the hall.
Officers confiscated a total of 1.7 g. of ya ice and four tablets. All
three were charged with possession of a Class I narcotic.
