TOT (Public) Co. is teaming up with Sattahip officials to
encourage youngsters to harness technology to benefit their communities.
Regional Sales and Service Executive Vice President Prajak Manojanphen
signed an agreement with Burapha University and Plutaluang Mayor Prasert
Phitakkorn Oct. 24 to form the TOT Youth Club at Chum Chon Ban Chong
Samae San School.
The club kicked off operations under the watchful gaze of Prasert,
teachers and TOT’s executive board the same day.
Prajak said the club encourages youths to use information technology to
help their neighborhoods. For example, he said, kids could use
technology to promote locally made products or ecotourism is their
communities.
