BAYWATCH: Mini buses park in no-parking zone1

Rouge minibuses have taken over the left-turn access road off
Sukhumvit Road in South Pattaya, using it as their own personal pickup zone.
Disregarding the obvious red-and-white “no parking” stripes, a long queue of
taxis parked at the South Road intersection, narrowing the lane and slowing
traffic even more than usual.
Nary a traffic cop was in sight.
