The Paradise Cafe and Grill is holding an “Exotic & Traditional” food promotion until March 22nd, featuring ostrich fillet, fillet of duck as well as delicious fillet of sole specialties, all at very reasonable prices. Mata Hari Brasserie has received a new batch of fish from Europe, including codfish fillet, turbot, sole and smoked eel. As of March 4th, the restaurant is once again closed on Mondays.

Amor Restaurant on Pattayaland 3 fixes its daily specials by day of the week, so you always know when your favorite is being served - as long as you remember what day of the week it is! Saturday is roast leg of lamb, Sunday is roast loin of pork, Monday is American meatloaf, Tuesday is baked ham, Wednesday is roast tenderloin of beef, Thursday is roast chicken and Friday is country beef stew. Don’t forget that Amor Restaurant also has one of the widest selections of home made desserts in town.

The Tequila Reef Cantina is now open on Soi 7 and serving a variety of Californian Tex-Mex food. Don’t miss out on the wicked margaritas.

The Poppy Garden on the beach side of Soi 7 has re-opened the restaurant and is now serving great food reasonably priced. Pop in and enjoy some of the live entertainment as well.

Dusit Resort Sports Club is hosting regular Tai Chi programs on Mondays at 19:45, Tuesdays & Sundays at 11 a.m. Tai Chi has no age, gender, work, status or language barriers. Classes are free for members and 100 baht for non-members. All are welcome to come along.

Thai Garden Resort has started their LAWA Gymnastics - every Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. at the indoor swimming pool. Lawa gymnastics is a new kind of gymnastics, combining land and water exercises to keep body, inner organs and mind fit at the same time. Only 100 baht for 1 hour.
