Gold Sponsor Thai Farmers Bank, winners of last year’s inaugural Khun Anand Panyarachun Charity Golf Invitational for UNICEF, fell short of defending the title, this year’s Khun Anand-UNICEF Cup going to the young team from Siam Commercial Bank, returning the best score of the day with a net 57.

Sonthaya Khunpluem, minister of science, technology and energy, presided over the ribbon cutting ceremony opening a charity bowling benefit at the Pattaya P.S. Bowl. The bowling benefit was organized by students studying government administration in class 3 at the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) with assistance from Manit Boonchim, TAT central region 3 office director, and Paisan Suriyamongkhol, the assistant professor at NIDA Political Science Center in Chonburi.

Fun for all the family at the International School of the Eastern Seaboard

The International School of the Eastern Seaboard (ISE) held their ‘Family Fun Day’ on the school’s campus in the Burapha Golf Course Estate on Sunday, January 27. The campus was filled with the sounds of music from the school band playing a variety of tunes, and shops and stalls sold everything from Persian carpets to books.
