Emilia-Romagna, the southern part of the Lombardi. The huge glaciers in the Alps provide the rivers with plenty of fresh spring water and this makes the soil perfect for green meadows for farming and fodder for cattle breeding. What makes this region different from the rest of Italy is that with the plenty of fresh milk from cattle breeding, butter is more important here than olive oil. For this promotion, the Dusit chef has chosen a nice selection of dishes which he will prepare you a la carte March 3 – 14 from 6.30 to 10.30 p.m. at the Bay Restaurant in the Dusit Resort Pattaya Hotel, daily except Saturday, when the well-known B.B.Q. buffet is on. For more information or reservations please call 038 425 611-7 ext. 2149.

Imagine the excellent Italian dishes prepared by a real passionate native Italian chef … No.43 Italian Bistro invites you to come and meet chef Antony Ardissone from “Liguria” northern Italy. One of the smallest regions of Italy, Liguria is located in northwestern Italy adjacent to France. Ligurians produce the most flavorful basil, exceptional olive oil and tastiest fish. Their cuisine is dense with flavors and aromatic herbs such as “Pesto”, strong flavor made from basil, garlic, parmesan and pecorino cheese, pine-kernels and sea salt, ground in a mortar and diluted with olive oil. It is only made in Liguria and adapts itself to all kinds of pasta and even enriches good vegetable minestrone. Chef Antony, who always maintains the widely loved authentic flavors in traditional Italian scents and styles, will prepare for you dishes of Ligurian favorites throughout March, such as Branzino del Pescatore (saut้ed sea bass with fresh tomatoes, black olives, chili and fresh basil), Pizza al Pesto (mozzarella cream and basil pesto pizza) or Pizza Calzone (stuffed pizza with ham, capers, eggs, anchovies, eggplants, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese). For reservations or further information, please contact tel. 02 658-7444 ext. 285.
