Dr. Phichai Julwonchaipongse, (center) Director of the Communicable Disease Prevention Centre, Chonburi Region 3, chaired a seminar on the project run by the public and private sector on the prevention and control of AIDS on the eastern seaboard. The seminar was held at the Diana Garden Resort recently attended by members of various NGOs and doctors.
