City awash with blue in honor of HM the Queen’s birthday

Pattaya was awash with blue last Friday, as residents turned out in force to celebrate HM Queen Sirikit’s 74th birthday on August 12. City fathers also used the occasion to officially unveil the new Walking Street archway and celebrate the 10th anniversary of Walking Street.
