Members of the German-speaking Catholic community in Bangkok traveled to St Niklaus Church in Pattaya on September 23, where they attended a service conducted by Father Clemens Fabry.

The 67th Skål International World Congress will take place in Pattaya, Thailand on 15-20 October 2006, at PEACH at the Royal Cliff Beach Resort.
Skål, founded as an international association in 1934, is the largest organisation of travel and tourism professionals in the world, embracing all sectors of the travel and tourism industry; hoteliers, travel agents, airline executives, those working for the tourism media and training for the many other branches of the industry. In the 90 countries and 480 locations where Skål exists, members are encouraged to network with each other, in line with the recent motto of “Doing Business among Friends”

Our class, third-year Bachelor of Arts students at Asian University, studying Intercultural Communication this semester, visited the MV Doulos while it was berthed at the Thai Navy docks in Sattahip.

Jameson’s International Golf Society held the third of its four 2006 tournaments at Eastern Star on Friday 6th October. The weather was generally good and ideal for an elite field, fully representative of Pattaya golf and ready for the challenge of this excellent Robert Trent Jones Jnr. Championship golf course.
