Mayor Itthipol Khunplome was on hand to lay the foundation stone for a
new 12-unit condominium, the Saratta Urban Chic Residence on Pattaya Beach Road
Soi 5, in a ceremony held November 14.
Owner and managing director of the new development, Rattana Chitcharoen and her
husband welcomed both the mayor and his advisor, Nirand Wattanasassathorn, along
with many other guests to the ceremony.
Nine monks from Wat Thumprathum and Wat Yansangwararam temples gave their
blessings at the ceremony, led by Luang Por Paibul Sumangklo, abbot of
Analyotippayaram temple in Payao Province, who is greatly respected by Rattana
and her family.
Costing some100 million baht to construct, the modern-styled condominium will be
built on 100 square meters of land offering 12 units (two 2 units per floor)
with the ground floor used for customer service, a fitness center, café, and
other amenities.
Rattana said the condo will be finished in December 2009 with the official
opening being held on November 21 at The Avenue Plaza Pattaya in Soi 2.
