A press conference was held recently at Central World to
announce the Week of Elvis Presley@Central Festival Pattaya Beach scheduled
from August 21-24. Attending the meeting were Rungtiva Chaipatanapruck (3rd
left), director of marketing services for Hard Rock Hotel and Dr.
Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana (4th left), executive vice president of marketing
for Central Pattana Public Co., Ltd. along with many celebrities and
artists.
Bangkok Hospital Pattaya recently arranged an
educational trip for summer students from Asian University. The hospital
introduction was conducted by Dr. Iain Corness and Neil Maniquiz from the
International Marketing Department. After discussions and a spirited Q&A
session, the group was taken for a tour of the hospital’s services and
facilities.
Prayuth Thamdhum, general manager of the Montien
Hotel, Pattaya led his team to welcome and congratulate Trutz Hagen
Fiddickow who was recently installed as the president of the Rotary Club of
Phoenix Pattaya for 2009-10.
On the afternoon of Saturday, August 22, Anthony Thorley
married his long term partner, Miss Pakamon Chaiwong at St. Nikolaus
Church in Pattaya. The Service was conducted by Fr. Theo Lewis of the
St. George’s Congregation. The best man flew in from Holland in order to
attend the festivities and the guests enjoyed a splendid reception at the
Golden Cliff Hotel.
Amari Orchid Resort & Tower Pattaya was voted
Pattaya City’s Most Admired Hotel. At a ceremony held at Pattaya City Hall
recently, Deputy Mayor Wutisak Rermkitkarn (right) presented the award to
Makoo Techasophon (left), deputy general manager.
