Deputy Mayor Verawat Khakhay is welcomed by Apichai Sakulsureeyadej, President of the Tourism Technology Association Board of Directors on his arrival to preside over the opening ceremony of the Vision of Tourism Industry’s Technology Conference held at the Amari Orchid Pattaya recently.


On Earth Day, March 26, Hilton Pattaya joined in to mark the annual custom of turning off all electricity in their premises for one hour. Staff and management, led by Michel Scheffers (2nd left), Director of Operations, joined together for a memorable and fun experience by switching off the hotel’s exterior signage lights, dimming non-essential interior lighting, using candlelight in appropriate public areas such as restaurants and bars and switching off equipment in executive offices and some areas of the kitchens.


During the Pattaya Music festival held recently, members of the famous ‘Potato’ band took advantage of the picturesque backdrop of the Holiday Inn Pattaya for a fashion photo. Sriracha Mass Communication Association, together with Cape Kantary and Kameo Hotel Collections co-hosted a ‘Friendly Sports Day’ to strengthen the good relationship with each other on Mass Communications Day. Top management participating in the fun event included Patakphon Chomcheun, President of the Mass Communication Association, Sathawuth Sermprasert, GM Cape Racha Hotel, Sriracha, Sompong Sophonwongsakorn, GM Kantary Bay Hotel, Sriracha; Chaiyuth Utarakam, GM Kameo House, Sriracha, and Sethapong Watthanakul, GM Karavel House, Sriracha.

Organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and Dertour GmbH, the group was on a site visit to promote not only the hotel, but Pattaya as a preferred tourist destination.
