An elderly British man was arrested for allegedly
raping a 13-year-old boy in a restroom at a popular shopping mall.
Edward David Kinder, 64, was captured March 10 in a
stall with the boy after a cleaner reported him leading the child into
the toilets by the hand.
The boy told police the Brit had paid him 500 baht to
provide oral sex. Police charged Kinder with rape of a child 13 years or
younger.
Kinder denied the rape charge.
