Officials, entertainers and mascots announce the upcoming Eastern Thailand
tourism fair which will run Aug. 2-5 in Pattaya.

Thailand’s four Eastern Seaboard provinces have joined
again to promote the area to tourists by offering low-cost hotels and other
deals.
Officials from Chonburi, Rayong, Chantaburi and Trat
announced the start of the 5th Eastern Fair at Bangkok’s Swissotel Le
Concorde July 10. This year’s promotion is tagged “Colorful East, Color Your
Life.”
The fair, organized in concert with the Tourism
Authority, will take place on Pattaya Beach Aug. 2-5. Businesses from Koh
Chang to Koh Larn, Koh Saet to Koh Kood will be showing off their deals.
Organizers Image Holiday (Thailand) said both Thai and
foreign tourists would find promotions to interest them.
