Clubs

The Rotary Club of Taksin Pattaya meets every Thursday at the Dusit Resort Pattaya Hotel. Meetings are in English and begin at 7 p.m. Call 0 3842 5611-7 for details.

Pattaya Expats Club - expats helping expats. Just a reminder that the 60’s Bar, Soi Regent Marina Hotel, better known as Soi Bowling, North Pattaya, offers 99 baht and 79 baht breakfast specials on Saturday, plus a regular breakfast menu and daily sandwich specials. Try the 1/2 pound burger. Rock & Roll Oldies radio stations are streamed live via the internet all day.

The new Chateau Dale Brasserie will NOT be showing any World Cup soccer on a big TV, so anyone who wants a bit of peace and quiet without being forced to watch something they are not interested in can come and enjoy themselves! What’s new at the Moon River Pub? A new band from Malaysia called “What’s New”. This band, consisting of 5 guys and one pretty girl, will start at the beginning of June, entertaining with an energized repertoire. This young group will be leading you on a kaleidoscopic musical journey from the groovy 60’s right up to the 90s!

Where is the only Elvis show in Pattaya? Of course at the Elvis Pub (opp. Big C). Shows are now every Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Ritchie Newton, the resident Elvis impersonator, is on tour in Europe until July 16th.
