Pattaya marathoner raises big bucks for charity
Jim Lumsden of the Ambiance
Group participated in the Pattaya Marathon on Sunday, July 19. Finishing in
a time of 4hrs 48min, Jim received an amazing 500,000 baht in sponsorship
money, all donated to the Pattaya Gay Festival charities. This is the second
year Jim has run in the Pattaya marathon. Last year he raised over 1,000,000
baht.

Holiday during their site education and hotel inspection trip to Pattaya
recently.
Norman Vincent from Shepperton London, UK enjoys a good
day’s fishing at the Jomtien Fishing Park with friends. Norman was
overwhelmed by the size of the catfish which weighted over 18kgs. Norman is
a frequent visitor to Pattaya. He said, “This catch would be considered by
most as a lifetime record in the UK. A great pity there are not more
tourists finding these hidden gems in Pattaya.” Photograph by John
