Country music star Anont R-Siam dies in fall

Country music singer Anont R-Siam succumbed to injuries suffered from a fall off his roof.

Famous Thai country music singer Anont R-Siam died after falling off his roof during a repair job in Sriracha.
The 44-year-old singer, whose real name was Theeraphat Bunaek, died of heart failure following a brain hemorrhage at Bangkok Hospital Pattaya Aug. 10.
Family members said Theeraphat was fixing the roof on his house in Bung District and fell, hitting his head. Funeral services were planned at Bung Temple Aug. 15.
Theeraphat was best known for songs such as “The Best Minute,” “Stubborn Heart” and “Different at Heart.” He was preparing to release a new album.
