Members of the North Pattaya Alliance (NPA),
comprising of seven hotels in North Pattaya, recently met at Holiday Inn
Pattaya to strategize the launch of their new tourism destination campaign:
“North Pattaya - more than you think”. The campaign, supported by the Tourism
Authority of Thailand and the TCEB (Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau),
will officially launch on 19 March 2014. As a pre-launch activity the NPA in
partnership with the TCEB is promoting a ‘more value in meeting’ package at the
Asia Pacific Incentives & Meetings Expo (AIME) in Melbourne from 18 to 19
February 2014. The aim of the North Pattaya destination campaign is to further
promote the benefits of choosing North Pattaya as the destination for corporate
meetings for international companies, boosting business in the city. The NPA is
inviting all tourism stakeholders in and near North Pattaya, including hotels,
guesthouses, restaurants, tourist attractions, shops and hospitals to attend a
presentation on the global campaign targeting MICE, Indian weddings and upscale
tourism. For more information, contact David Barrett at the North Pattaya
Alliance Secretariat office c/o Amari Orchid Pattaya.
