Country & Western” fair going on at Royal Garden Plaza

Pattaya’s mayor, Pairat Suttithamrongsawat, presided over the opening of a fun fair going on now at the Royal Garden Plaza titled “Country & Western”. The fair is being hosted by the managing director of Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya, Supadit Maneerattanajaratsri in cooperation with Born 2B Organizer Co. Ltd. and the Cowboy-Indian Circle of Thailand.

Great monarch remembered

Special guest of honor, Admiral Prasert Bunsong Commander-in-Chief, Royal Thai Navy presided over the ceremony during which a statue of HM King Mongkut Klao, Rama VI was raised into position. The new statue was erected on July 3 in Sattihip district near the intersection between Sattahip and Rayong, the entrance to Chong Samae Sarn village. Local citizens will come to this statue which was placed in a lovely park setting and pay respect to the great monarch.

Either by design or by an act of the Gods the new P.S.C. Golf Chairman Herbie Ishinaga started his term in office by holding a tournament at this prestigious course, which was essentially closed during this busy season for 84 keen P.S.C. golfers, who started from 0900hrs, in groups of 4 balls every 8 minutes.
