The next meeting of Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) will be on Sunday, October 26. The club meets every Sunday morning at Henry J. The English-speaking unit, Samaritans English Help Line operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide support to the expatriate community.
