construct the seven-storey, 156-unit Apus Condominium in the heart of the

On December 9 at the Apus Condominium office next to Carrefour in Central
Pattaya, Angel Ken & Sky Co., Ltd., responsible for the marketing of the
project, conducted a press conference to reveal the details of this development,
which was presented by Apichat Prasitnarit, the company’s Managing Director and
business planner.
Apichat said this modern-design condominium will be built on four rai of land on
Central Pattaya Road in Soi Paniad Chang (U-mae), the construction process
taking 18 months from start to finish with a completion date of May 2010.
Prices of condo units in the building range from 1.8 million baht to 7.5 million
baht and 10% of the units are now reserved for special pre-sale to both Thai and
foreign customers.

Following on from the press conference, on December 20, Apus Condominium
organized a soft opening under the theme ‘Lovers Party’ from 4 p.m. until 10
p.m. with food and beverages and a special concert from Thailand’s famous
country singer Mangpor Chonthicha who belted out favorite lookthoong tunes.
There was also some surprise dancing from the children of the Burapha
Pattanasart School and more live music from a jazz duo.
