Residents of Sattahip’s Moo 6 neighborhood marked HM
the King’s 83rd birthday by joining together to clean Yenruedee Dhamma
House and the neighboring area.
Village Chief Natthachai Sangsri led about 100 locals
in the merit-making activity to honor His Majesty with the Dec. 8
cleanup. Residents brought brooms, lawnmowers, hedge trimmers and other
tools to clean up the area, trim overgrown trees and change street
lights. They then cleaned the interior of the Dharma House.
Natthachai said the activity was designed to let Moo
6 residents show their loyalty, harmony, and desire to maintain the
monarchy.
