Bang Sai honored its oldest citizens, marking Seniors Day
before the traditional Songkran week holiday.
City council members joined Bang Sai Mayor Kampol
Wongsaithong and the village chief at Chalerm Phrakiart Hall for the April 8
event.
Kampol presided over the Rod Nam Dam Hua, which shows
respect to the elderly. He told the crowd that society’s seniors have
knowledge and wisdom that can help preserve Thai culture.
