An elderly British expat was robbed outside his home
in East Pattaya.
Gerard Joseph Browne, 73, suffered cuts and swelling
to the face in the April 20 mugging in the Paradise Hill 2 housing
estate on Soi Khao Noi.
Browne told police a Thai man around age 30
approached him outside his home, punched him in the face and smashed his
head into a wall before stealing cash from his pockets.
He said he was then forced inside the house, where
the thief stole valuables, including keys to his car and motorbike.
The gutless mugger remains at large.
