city ramps up for a broader survey.

Deputy Mayor Wutisak Rermkitkarn presided over the Jan.
25 meeting at Pattaya City Hall to prepare village chiefs and community
leaders on the 2012-2015 Living Quality Standards Survey. In addition to
learning about the city’s plans to query residents, they also were given a
short forum to detail problems and complaints.
The periodic survey aims at estimating the base minimum
standard for quality of life and to invite residents to take a part in
resolving problems jointly with government.
Banglamung Development Department staffer Seri Thimtheing
briefed the representatives on the Living Quality Standard Survey and asked
for their cooperation in collecting as much data as possible from their
neighbors.
