Raimon Land recieves funding for Phuket development

Paimon Land PLC. Recently announced the successful
placement of a 363 million baht debenture fully subscribed by Lehman
Brothers. The proceeds of this debenture will be used towards the
acquisition of an exclusive 37-rai site immediately adjacent to the
world-renowned Amanpuri Resort.
Nigel Cornick, CEO of Raimon Land, commented: “On the heels of our
successful ‘Kata Gardens’ and ‘The Heights’ projects in Phuket, we are
confident that the strong demand for luxury residences on the island will
continue unabated. We fully expect this project in bang Tao to also enjoy
tremendous success as it is in a remarkable location and will certainly
compliment the exclusive neighborhood.”
