Blue Sky’s coming to Pattaya

The future for Pattaya and Jomtien’s condominium market continues to confound; while the world is talking about cut backs and economic woos, the ever green pastures of Pattaya seem to have no limits. Now yet another major Thai development company has seen too much of an opportunity to pass by and Blue Sky has announced its maiden residential resort project here in Jomtien - the Atlantis Condo Resort Pattaya.

A monstrous 2,600sqm lagoon style swimming pool surrounded by waterfalls, a wrecked galleon with sails, sand beaches with tropical gardens and wooden foot bridges will form the central feature of this huge project, which incorporates five eight storey buildings offering one thousand 35sqm units, which can be converted into 70sqm double units.

The new resort style condo will be located just a short 300 meters walk from the beach and seems sure to be a winner for the company. Easy payment programs are planned to ensure every buyer can get the best possible value for money and interiors are completely furnished to a very high standard, so just bring your suit case as they say!

To get things started with a bang, Blue Sky has launched from 1st September an ‘Early Bird” booking discount, so foreigners can save 100,000 baht per unit. A sales office with single and double unit showrooms is scheduled to open in the first week of October.

All agents are welcome and Blue Sky is offering extremely good commission rates to quality real estate agents and brokers. For more information contact [email protected]

Blue Sky is a Thai owned, private company with real estate operations in and around Thailand including developments in Bangkok and Pattaya. Blue Sky Development Company Limited’s Thai shareholders have operated significant real estate development, hotels, retail and various other businesses in Thailand for over 50 years. Their success has been based on their long term values of quality and service, resulting in a combined group assets of several billion baht.

Blue Sky partners are proud of their traditions of loyalty, trust and fairness and their future plans depend on long term reputation for building a quality environment and good relationships with customers and suppliers.
