An Amnat Charoen man scored an unexpected lottery-related win,
not by hitting the lucky numbers, but finding a ticket agent willing to
return his lost wallet.
Khwankhom Saibut, 40, got back his wallet, 630 baht, two lottery
tickets, ATM and ID cards from Sattahip lottery vendor Suthin Seehanath,
36, after the ticket agent found it in a Sattahip Temple restroom.
Suthin said he was selling outside the temple to people visiting the
temple for Buddhist Lent when he found the wallet. He contacted the
media to announce the find, hoping the owner would be found.
Khwankhom said he was relieved to get his wallet back and, as a thank
you, bought two more lottery tickets from Suthin.
