Nowhere to walk

Beach Road Sois 7 and 8 are 4 meters wide, but there’s still no room to
stroll.
Much of both sois is blocked by advertising sign boards, parked cars and
motorcycles. The result is chaos, particularly at night when nearby bars are
open.
Nearby business owner Pradap Porachoo said pedestrians need to be very careful
of traffic coming from behind. A motorcycle recently hit a pedestrian while
weaving and wobbling through the obstacle course. She wants city hall or the
police to clean up the area and improve safety.
