Vathanakul, managing director of the Royal Cliff proudly reveals the
resort’s new name and distinctive identity.
Before the party, a press conference was held at the
Orchid Ballroom of the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel, where Panga Vathanakul,
managing director of the Royal Cliff proudly revealed the resort’s new name
and distinctive identity: The Royal Cliff Hotels Group - The State of
Exclusivity & Fascination.
The concept highlights the objective to position Royal
Cliff in a private estate within the locality in Pattaya. This rebranding
initiative is designed to attract a wider audience, create an entirely new
guest experience, and offer an assurance to exceed the hotel group’s already
high expectations.
This notion began from the deep roots, and has flourished
into a multi-million baht investment that has enhanced the Royal Cliff
entirely. Consequently, each of the four hotels; the Royal Cliff Beach
Hotel, the Royal Cliff Beach Terrace, the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel (formerly
the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel & Spa) and the Royal Wing Suites & Spa have
developed their own identity to suit every possible traveler.

His
Excellency Chumphol Silapa-archa, Minister of Tourism and Sports of
Thailand, gives a very heartwarming speech during the event.
The rebranding progression is supported by the extensive
development process during 2010. By enhancing the rooms and suites
throughout all four hotels, the five star resort now offers a chic new feel
with fresh, modern facilities along with its legendary high class service.
The resort recreates individual characteristics for each
of its eleven restaurants and bars which are complemented with new stylish
logos that tell a tale of each venue.
The newest of the restaurants is Breezeo; Be Yourself
Dining which offers an innovative, fresh atmosphere with a brand new concept
that will change the face of beachside dining. The “Be Yourself” motto
allows guests to create their own personal experiences with interactive
entertainment, “make-your-own” cocktail menus and never seen before,
international tapas delights.
Many new features have been added to the 64 acre property
including the dramatic development of the pool area at the Royal Cliff Beach
Hotel. The spacious surroundings and trendy new furnishings perfectly blend
in with the magnificently designed salt water Infinity Edge Swimming Pool
area known as the Infini Pool & Bar; an ideal place to host this year’s
impressive Thank You Party offering a dreamlike atmosphere opening to the
Gulf of Thailand.
In addition, the New Year will further develop the resort
by welcoming the new age IPTV system offering guests free online
communication including internet access, HD live TV, easy connection to the
resort along with its facilities and access to in-room electronic devices
all from the in-room television.
The constant developments and beautification projects
throughout the resort’s 37 years have made it possible for the resort to
accommodate the needs of every local and international leisure as well as
business traveler. As a result, the Royal Cliff Hotels Group has established
a worldwide reputation as a leader within the hospitality industry; for
which it has received numerous well respected local and international
awards.
To reach the summit of this extensive rebranding process,
the Management System Certification Institute (Thailand) has recently
announced that the Royal Cliff Hotels Group, which includes Eastern
Seaboard’s Best MICE venue, Pattaya Exhibition And Convention Hall (PEACH)
will receive accreditation for three of the most honored certifications
which will be added their already famous record of awards.
The Royal Cliff Hotels Group will be the first resort and
convention hall group in the world to have accomplished such an outstanding
achievement. The certifications include the ISO 14001:2004 for Environmental
Management System, the extension scope of ISO 9001:2008 for Quality
Management System and TIS 22300-2551 for MICE Security Management System.
These collective achievements have made the Royal Cliff Hotels Group a
unique establishment recognized throughout the world.
The Royal Cliff Hotels Group rebranding process could not
happen at a better time. Both business and leisure travel in Thailand is
expected to increase in the year 2011, and the Royal Cliff Hotels Group is
more equipped and ready than ever before.
Following the press conference, guests were finally able
to meet face to face with the entire operations team of the Royal Cliff
Hotels Group, whilst sampling from the vast selection of international
award-winning cuisine on offer and enjoying the spectacular live music on
stage.
The cocktail event allowed guests to meet and catch up
with their friends, the senior executives of the Hotels Group and find out
about some of the innovative developments that have occurred throughout
2010, and exciting plans for the future.
The Royal Cliff Hotels Group is situated in between
Jomtien and Pattaya and offers exceptional views over the Gulf of Thailand.
The fantastic new developments of the resort has given the Royal Cliff a
brand new look on life, and combined with its 37 years of five star service
will Endeavour to exceed its already high expectations.
