Potholes are nothing new in Pattaya, but the
condition of the pavement at the corner of Second Road and Soi 13 is
getting in such bad shape that even the motorcycle taxi drivers are
complaining.
Step into these puddles and you’ll never know how
deep you’ll sink. Bikes skid and pedestrians stumble. In short, it’s an
ongoing hazard for shoppers at the nearby Avenue galleria.
Motorcycle taxi drivers, used to bumps in the road, complain the Soi
13 situation is among the worst they’ve experienced.
