In the wake of the current flooding in the central plains of Thailand and in Bangkok, hundreds of thousands of people have had to seek refuge far away from their homes. One of the centres is located at Wat Yansangwararam organized by the Chai Pattana and Kasikorn Foundations. To offer some assistance to the unfortunate victims, Daranat Nuchaikaew, Director of human resources of the Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya together with hotel staff visited the refugee centre to donate necessary amenities to the displaced people.


On his recent visit to Pattaya to celebrate Austrian National Day with his countrymen residing in our popular seaside resort, H.E. Dr. Johannes Peterlik (left) the Austrian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Permanent Observer to ESCAP, resided at the Hilton Pattaya Hotel where he was welcomed by another prominent Austrian, Harald Feurstein, the general manager of the awarding-winning luxury hotel.


Stars of the new Channel 7 TV drama entitled ‘The Deadline’ were seen enjoying themselves at the Pullman Pattaya Aisawan Hotel & Resort recently. The Royal Cliff Hotels Group joined hands with other sectors and extended its sincere empathy to those affected by the current flood situation in the Kingdom, with the hope for the situation to ease and recover with the efforts that have been thoroughly undertaken by the government, private sectors and individuals. As part of the Royal Cliff’s continuous Corporate Social Responsibility measures and commitment to the well-being of the affected community, the property was honoured to lend its hand by contributions in cash and kind with a genuine hope that these contributions will make the lives of those affected a little more comfortable. Royal Cliff’s representatives made these donations at the various Flood Relief centers, namely the Father Ray Foundation in Pattaya City, Wat Yansangwararam, in Sattahip and in Bangkok.
