The Royal Cliff Beach Resort, Pattaya recently honored the staff of its award-winning Grill Room & Wine Cellar and Panorama Restaurant with Star Care Awards for their exemplary service during 2005.


Oranuch Chantramala (3rd left), guest service manager of Dusit Resort, Pattaya welcomes Marius Mihulin (2nd left), PR and marketing assistant of TAT Balkan Office, and a group of journalists and tour operators from Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, and Macedonia. The group is in Pattaya as part of TAT’s campaign to promote Thailand to the Balkan countries.


Pol. Col. Ittipol Ittisanronachai, superintendent at Pattaya Immigration recently celebrated his 39th birthday and serenaded family and friends with his favorite songs at Mum Aroi Restaurant, in Naklua.


Taisto Hyttinen from Finland was greeted by management and staff of the Montien Hotel, Pattaya who came by to wish him a Happy Birthday.


Sophie Tanapura (3rd right), founder Ibycus Co., Ltd. and the Metropolitan Opera of Bangkok in corporation with Director Ajarn Napisri Reyes and Narongsakdi Mewasnasuk, general manager of Soontorn Film Co., Ltd. and Nex Studio, recently organized a press conference for a first time ever, all-Thai opera cast, for the premiere of Weber’s Opera “Der Frieschütz” which will play in 2-languages, Thai and German at the Sofitel, Silom.
