Fourteen car-repair shops have agreed to standardize rates to
improve the industry’s image in Pattaya and prepare for the coming ASEAN
Economic Community.
Pattaya Mayor Itthiphol Kunplome announced the establishment of the
Pattaya Auto Garage Club March 19, inviting other service companies to
join the non-profit organization.
Charter members include T.P. Body Paint, Mongkol Jarernyon, Wichai
Garage, Pattaya Garage, Wassana Garage, Mongkol Service, Taweesap, Green
Body Paint Part, Ao-Udom Karnchang Garage, Rung Arun Service, Paisan
Karnchang Garage, NL Auto Service Part, Smart Frame Body & Paint and H.
Shop.
Members will use the same car-repair rates standardized by an insurance
association.
